Mold Manufacturing Department
Our mold department consists of 12 mold designers, 29 technical specialists, 3 quality controllers, and 4 management staff, ensuring full-process professional control.
The factory is equipped with 34 precision machining systems, including CNC machining centers and EDM / mirror EDM equipment, with a maximum machine tonnage of 1,300 tons.

As a professional China massage device factory, Zhongshan Peak operates 51 high-efficiency injection molding machines, delivering high precision, high consistency, and a defect rate below 0.5%.
All equipment is equipped with intelligent temperature control and automation systems.
The factory is expanding its workshops to continuously increase production capacity,
providing customers with stable and reliable injection molding support to meet the production
needs of various personal care portable massage products and high-precision parts.
Assembly Department
We currently operate 7 assembly lines with a monthly output of 360,000 units, and plan to add 6 additional lines to further expand capacity and improve delivery efficiency.
