Peak and Xiaomi

A joint challenge to the limits of manufacturing

As a globally renowned technology brand, Xiaomi has always adhered to the principle of "high quality, 

no excessive markup," which places extremely high demands on the supply chain in terms of mold precision, 

batch consistency, and long-term stable delivery. In the early stages of developing smart hardware projects 

such as massage combs, Xiaomi contacted several suppliers, but generally faced challenges 

such as unstable mold precision, poor structural consistency, 

and frequent assembly and lifespan problems during mass production.

After several unsuccessful attempts, the Xiaomi project team chose to cooperate with us. 

After the project started, we did not stop at simply meeting sample requirements. 

Instead, our design, mold, injection molding, and assembly teams participated simultaneously, 

from structural optimization and high-precision mold development to mass production process standardization, 

repeatedly verifying every critical link to ensure that the product maintained stable quality during large-scale production.

Ultimately, the product passed Xiaomi's rigorous review 

in terms of structural precision, appearance consistency, and durability. 

While ensuring quality, we achieved controllable costs and stable delivery, 

meeting the triple high standards of "quality, cost, and delivery." 

This cooperation was not just a single business transaction, 

but a comprehensive verification of our manufacturing system and long-term mass production capabilities, 

and it reinforced our belief that "stable mass production is true strength."

The Story of Peak's Collaboration with a Polish Client

From the Hong Kong Exhibition to Quality Verification at the Chinese Factory

At the Hong Kong exhibition, we met a partner from Poland. His brand is deeply rooted in the European e-commerce market, 

specializing in professional home care equipment, covering areas such as oral care, physical rehabilitation massage, 

and skin care. Unlike many clients, their focus at the exhibition was not on price, 

but on finding a manufacturing partner with strong technical capabilities 

and reliable delivery to support their product portfolio upgrade.

At our booth, he thoroughly tested our latest generation of fascia guns, 

evaluating the motor performance, noise control, ergonomic design, and material quality, and gave us high praise. 

Based on his positive product experience, he decided to visit our factory in China 

after the exhibition for an on-site inspection. 

During the factory visit, he systematically assessed our R&D capabilities, 

OEM/ODM development system, 25,000㎡ production base, multiple mature production lines, 

and rigorous quality inspection processes. 

He was particularly impressed by our commitment to 100% inspection of every unit and our quality control system 

that meets European standards such as CE/FCC/ROHS. Upon leaving, 

he summarized his experience with one sentence: "Everything you promised at the exhibition is truly here."

PEAK x Panasonic

Jointly creating an innovative benchmark for massage guns through cutting-edge R&D

As a globally renowned home appliance and health technology giant, 

Panasonic has always adhered to rigorous standards in quality and is committed to creating a high-end massage gun 

that stands out from the homogeneous products on the market. 

However, they repeatedly encountered difficulties in finding a suitable partner – most factories had limited R&D teams, 

making it difficult to meet their innovative demands.

By chance, Panasonic noticed Pinka's professional design and R&D team of 63 people, 

and their strong R&D capabilities with over 3000 samples produced in 16 years, 

and decided to collaborate. The project teams from both sides worked closely together. 

Peak's R&D team precisely analyzed the requirements, breaking through innovation 

throughout the entire process from design to development.  

They then collaborated efficiently with departments 

such as mold design, injection molding, quality control, and assembly, successfully transforming 

the concept into a mass-produced product.

This massage gun, a product of the combined wisdom of both companies, 

was widely acclaimed upon its launch, with monthly sales exceeding 10,000 units. 

This not only validated the market's recognition of innovative quality 

but also jointly promoted the technological upgrading and iteration of massage products. 

Panasonic highly praised Peak, stating: "Peak's R&D capabilities and ability to bring products 

to market are the core foundation for achieving product innovation."
